Linking Artists with Groups

Hi there,

I'm looking for guide or info on how to link Artists for example Freddie Mercury with a group like Queen to stop Myriad scheduling them within a defined time scale.

Is there an easy solution to fix this?

Hi Recardo,

Good news - This is built into AutoTrack Pro Smile

Just go to the Songs menu and click Artist Groups. You can then create an Artist Group, and add the Band, and all of the Artists to the group and hit save. Then look in Global Rules and make sure you're Artist Group Separation rules are how you need for each category and AutoTrack will take care of the test for you!
