The above image is what I refer to regarding the jingles only being allowed to play after certain types of category.
it used to work in V3 but since we upgraded to V4 it chooses any station jingle.
any ideas now ?

Hi Paul,
you know what I said about setting and how there are so many of them
my AutoTrack was set with the following:
I think you'd better raise a support ticket - giving an indication of which clocks, Links and Song Categories you had set and possibly examples of where it is not operating how you expect.

I will check my Autotrak settings first and its only my overnight clock that has the issues, jingles arent really scheduled during the day, we let the presenters choose !
I will report back;-)
Thanks for the help.

Currently on V4.0.18 about to upgrade to .21.
I have noticed the current version does not take into consideration my rules for jingles.
eg: only schedule after certain categories.
back to the 70s as an example should only play after a 70's category song, at the moment any jingles are randomly being chosen,
easy fix, force a certain type of jingle into the clock, rather than letting autotrak choose.
not sure if this has been fixed in .21
