We have just installed Myriad 4 to replace our ageing 2.6, and are having some MAJOR issues with top of hours.randomly it seems , it will either stop going into an absolute time marker or out of one…Myriad is still running, but frozen..no play or go commands work..
A myriad restart does NOT fix it, only complete Pc restart .
has anyone seen this or have any ideas what is happening?
it is ONLY in auto fade hours, and there is nothing odd about those particular clocks, as the times are random and the only commonality is top of hours, but not EVERY one! .
We are onto support about it, but this seems to be also perplexing them, and its obviously a serious problem for us, as it brings the output to a halt until somebody happens to spot it
Its generally when nobody is there, hence being in auto fade mode for those programmes.
Any ideas MUCH appreciated
Its windows 7 32 on brand new dell machine….
