I s there a way to play an hour of log through myriad after it has been sheduled in autotrack, like a preview

Depending on how you have set up the "On air controller" in the playout database in Myriad, you should have the option to preview live / preview auto etc at the top of the log.
If you don't have an "on air button" at the top of the log beside the playout modes then that machine is set to always assume it is on air and the preview options will not show, you just get Live / Auto / Auto Fade.
