We had the same problem which was resolved by carrying out a compact/repair of the Station Database and the P Squared Directory database
we used the Emergency Recovery Utility, at Start->Programs->P Squared Myriad->Tools.
So far so good, touch wood. I also started a thread and was given the above advice.
