I have fixed the problem, Shut down the whole system rebooted the admin pc, ran the emergency recovery on the database and its all back to normal, everyone can now log in. I have no idea what caused this, but at least know for future events !
It was great to see the presenter on airs face when I said, right your off myriad until further notice LOL thanks to everyone that offered advice.

Anyone had this before, suddenly with no reason one of our administrators for myriad cannot login, runtime error messages pop up, ALSO none of the other admins can see the directory history and we cannot delete the admin in question as Myriad manager and autotrak both crash with the same errors eveytime we try to click on the name.
Luckily we have other admin users to still get in, we also cannot recreate the users login as the system says this name still exists, even though the error message says user record deleted, before it crashes.
I did call P Squared earlier to ask if this had happend to anyone else or if they could possibly assist me:
BUT in the 2 years we have had Myriad, never once have we called with a problem, until now when our free support has ended to be told by a very nice lady, I'm sorry sir but if we put you through to a technical adviser you will be charged....
I fully understand out tech help has ran out, but my very first techy problem in 2 years........... perhaps, Im sorry sir your free technical help has ended, but according to our records you have never had any technical calls to us yet, so we'll help you today.....but any future technical help will be charged.
Hopefully others here on this forum maybe able to help.
The above problem happens on all 3 studios, so its not a simple one pc problem. Can anyone shed any light ??
I have restored to a previous backup, which I created a few days ago,but this has not cured the fault, any FREE help gratefully appreciated !
