Anyone have any suggestions about this? I am baffled.

Adam,

it's difficult to diagnose problems here on the forum. The best solution is to send a support request into support@psquared.net with more information about the specific style, show rules, clocks used.

Thought I should update this subject.

I have a feeling I may have sorted this out. After looking into the rules for each song category, one particular rule wasn't applied to them, which was use 'song styles (show rule)'. Now, having added this to each category it appears (fingers crossed!) that it has solved the issue, but never one to speak too soon, I shall monitor it for a little while longer just in case!

Hi,

We have a show called Non Stop Number Ones. Now, our database contains a song style called, amazingly, 'Number One'. So all UK Number Ones in our database are tagged with the style 'Number One.

I have a Clock for the show, and specific rules attached to it which detail to only play songs with the style 'Number One' selected.

For some reason that has me completely baffled, ATP is scheduling a small minority of songs (no more than 3 per hour) in this clock that aren't tagged with the 'Number One' style.

The Show Rules definitely only have the one style selected, and the Station rules have the Rule in each song category 'Use Song Styles'.

So, why is ATP scheduling like this? Help please!

Many thanks
