To set up the Advanced Advert Manager, you need to create an adverts database.
To do this:
Take a complete copy of the Ad Manager folder from the installation CD onto the myriad machine where it will finally live (It can only be installed on a licensed Myriad Terminal) and then create a shortcut to the Ad Manager.exe on your desktop.
Run the program, goto the settings menu>Q-NXT Database Settings>Ads/Log Import.
On the bottom section of this window you need to put a tick in the box for \"Schedule Adverts\" - this will enable the select button.
Click select, this will then open the database chooser, from the \"Options\" menu of this window, create a new database.
Make sure that you give it an obvious filename and description so that you don't get confused with the other databases you are storing.
When you have created the clients database you will unlock the functionality of the Advanced Advert Manager, the screen now appears as shown on page 8 of the Advanced Advert Manger Manual.
