Scoop Edit and Capture v3.0.29 are now available from the support area - http://support.psquared.net/products/scoop/v3.0/

The main big change here is the inclusion of a utility that allows you to import Contacts from Microsoft Outlook - this makes it a lot easier to migrate to Scoop v3!
