I want to send my AutoTrack Database to P Squared
If you find the Myriad System folder (check Data Locations under File Locations in Myriad Configuration if you are not sure) and you should see a sub folder called Autotrck in there. Ideally, we would like this entire folder as it includes schedule history etc, but in practical terms you can also just send us the Database.mdb file located within this folder.
This file is often large but can be zipped to a reasonable size using Winzip or something similar. If you are still not sure, contact support@psquared.net and they will be able to walk you through the process.
