We have been looking to change a few of the keys on our access keyboards.
Having experimented we put the keyboard back to what we though was the default config (created by programming the blank page in the software and pressing buttons on the keyboard).
Unfortunetly the voicetrack functions is playing up now 
Does anyone have a default layout for this keyboard (it has the big play buttons at the bottom of the keyboard).

I eventually figured out how to do it. Esentially I had assign everyhting on single buttons not realising you could merge then into double & quads in the software.
Once I'd done that everything worked fine. Having home & auto buttons improves the keypad though
