Hi

We have two problem with Myriad on an Air 2000 connected via a PCI 1750.

1) The ON button on the desk trigger the carts but if you tap them too quicly they don't trigger .... how do you increase the check time on the PCI 1750?

2) Myriad turns News channel off via an output PULSE this sometimes is not long enough. Whan method do other uses have for turning off the channels on AIR 2000?

Unfortunately there isn't a way to check the 1750 more often - it's stuck at a fixed limit.

We have found that the speed of the PC does have a significant effect on this though so it's best to make sure that you aren't running any other applications on that computer - particularly cpu intensive ones such as Stream encoders or similar.

If you are having trouble getting the pulse to work, then it might be worth having 2 events - 1 to turn it on, then a 2nd to turn if off after the next audio item - if you have a jingle out of the news for example. You can't just put the 2 side by side as this will pulse for even less duration than a \"Pulse\" becuase they will execute at almost exactly the same time.
