Hi Paul,

If this is the issue I'm thinking of then the good news is that it's fixed in the next release Smile

Had a look earlier and yep/Myriad/adverts/ etc etc but no sign of any where or how to find the data to remove, only logs and backups. !

ah well, suppose we have plenty of carts left and will just have to leave the already used carts blank !

Maybe there'll be a way to fix this soon!

If you delete the cart via autotrak it should delete all data, except for when its been stored in advert manager, try it for yourself Roger, all thos carts that come up as Rat Pack, delete them via autotrak, should clear the data.

I tried this for my adwall, but it didnt work, so the ad data must be stored elsewhere.

Let us know how you get on !!

That's not exclusively, or even an Advert Manager problem it also happens on the cart wall in general. Delete and replace a track and the original data is kept. It's really really annoying.

We've a section of the cart wall for all our news clips and stories, reports, features, etc., and someone imported a Rat Pack album in it be mistake. Moving the content has left the data behind! So every time we load a audio item from that section of the wall and then drag it into the playlist it displays it as any one of the Rat Pack artists.

Just to clarify... The cart has the correct details, i.e: item/artist or the news detail. Move it to the playlist and it bring with it the original data!

If I knew where the data was I'd erase it...

Roger.

Not sure if the bug is in the old version of advert manager or where its getting its info from but here goes:

All our ads stay in a certain cartwall area, say 1000 - 1200, when an ad has run its course and will definetly not be used again, I go to advert manager and delete the advert and the cart from within advert manager, then I'll add a new advert into that cart and schedule it with advert manager, all looks fine until that certain advert appears in the schedule, Myriad displays the original adverts title !? and not its new title, it doesn't matter what I try to do to change this it still appears as the original advert title taken by this specific cart.

anyone help perhaps ? it can't be autotrak as this has nothing to do with advert listsings as they are not in a category ?
