Myriad STS v2.6.5 (and earlier) and Schedule Log Importer v2.6.26 (and earlier).

THIS DOES NOT EFFECT AUTOTRACK / AUTOTRACK PRO v3 CUSTOMERS.

A bug that has been found and fixed (available in the next beta versions) affects Cart Group 100. If you are scheduling this cart group, the importer is incorrectly interpreting the number. This will look as though it has imported correctly in the Q-NXT log, but will not fire the group correctly when instructed.

Cart Group 100 is available to playback normally from the STS machine manually; this issue arises only when scheduled into a Q-NXT log.

This bug has now been fixed and the update will be included in v2.6.28 of the importer and later.

As a word of caution however, you must check that the Start of the Cart Group range is set correctly. If you are scheduling your first Cart Group as 80001, then you MUST make sure that the setting in the Log Importer is set to 80001 NOT 80000.

If you have it set to 80000 then 80000 is the 1st cart group, 80001 is the second - i.e. Cart Group 2, so all of your cart groups will be played 1 out from the group you were expecting.

You can make this change now as the current log importer will not be affected as it just uses the last 2 digits to determine the cart group number - i.e. 80001 is cart group 01 - 1 regardless of whether the start is set to 80000 or 80001

Thanks,
